Terms and Conditions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RocketCrash Operations Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the RocketCrash platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and (d) your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify Users of material changes via email or in-Platform notification with at least 14 days' notice where practicable.

2.1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. We strictly prohibit minors from accessing our services. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately terminate it and forfeit any funds in accordance with applicable law.

2.2. Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before using our Platform. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws in your country, state, province, or locality of residence. The Platform is NOT available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

2.3. Prohibited Persons. You may not use the Platform if you are: (a) located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (b) a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written consent from the Company; (c) subject to any sanctions imposed by the United Nations, United States (OFAC), European Union, or other applicable sanctions regimes; (d) an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of RocketCrash Operations Ltd. or its affiliates.

2.4. User Responsibility. By accessing the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. The Company assumes no liability for your failure to comply with applicable local laws. Any losses, penalties, or legal consequences arising from unauthorized use in prohibited jurisdictions are entirely your responsibility.

3.1. One Account Per User. Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other purpose constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2. Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and civil or criminal liability.

3.3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4. Identity Verification (KYC). We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide required documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.5. Account Termination by User. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@rocketcrash.io. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification of identity, compliance with KYC/AML requirements, and deduction of any outstanding fees.

4.1. Deposits. All deposits must originate from payment methods that legally belong to you. Minimum deposit: $5 USD. Maximum deposit: $10,000 USD per transaction. The Company reserves the right to set transaction limits without prior notice.

4.2. Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering review. Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD. Maximum withdrawal: $2,000 USD per request. Processing time: 24–48 business hours after approval. The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending completion of due diligence.

4.3. Withdrawal Conditions. You must deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. The Company may require that the amount deposited via PayPal be withdrawn to the same PayPal account for anti-money laundering purposes. We reserve the right to reverse deposits that appear to have been made in error or in connection with fraudulent activity.

4.4. Currency. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any foreign exchange fees or conversion costs imposed by your payment provider.

4.5. Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no activity (login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of $5 USD. After 24 months of inactivity, the remaining balance may be donated to our designated responsible gaming fund in compliance with applicable law.

5.1. Game Mechanics. RocketCrash is a multiplier-based betting game where players wager on a rising multiplier and must cash out before the round crashes. The crash point is determined by a cryptographic algorithm prior to each round commencing. The house edge is approximately 5%, meaning the platform retains an average of 5 cents for every $1 wagered over time.

5.2. Prize Pool. All player winnings are paid from the prize pool funded by deposits. The maximum single payout is limited to 15% of the current prize pool balance. This limit ensures the long-term solvency of the Platform. The Company maintains the right to cap individual payouts without prior notice to protect the integrity of the prize pool.

5.3. No Guarantee of Winnings. GAMBLING INVOLVES RISK. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING. PAST RESULTS DO NOT PREDICT FUTURE OUTCOMES. YOU SHOULD NEVER WAGER MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with online gambling.

5.4. Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or network error during a round, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round and refund bets at its sole discretion. The Company is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to technical failures outside its reasonable control.

5.5. Company's Final Decision. The Company's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet validity, and system errors is final and binding. All game data is logged and retained for a minimum of 5 years for audit purposes.

6.1. You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities ("advantage play")
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crimes
• Creating multiple accounts or transferring funds between accounts
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the crash algorithm or game mechanics
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts normal platform operation
• Using the Platform to fund terrorism or other illegal activities

6.2. Consequences of Prohibited Activity. Violation of this section may result in: immediate account suspension without notice; permanent ban from the Platform; forfeiture of entire account balance; reversal of withdrawals pending investigation; reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities; civil and/or criminal prosecution.

6.3. Chargeback Policy. If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit through your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of all funds including chargebacks, associated fees, and legal costs.

6.4. Fraud Detection. We employ advanced fraud detection systems. Suspicious activity flags may result in account review, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. During any investigation, your funds may be held for up to 180 days or until the investigation is resolved, whichever is later.

7.1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game mechanics, is the exclusive property of RocketCrash Operations Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: copy, modify, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile the software; republish, distribute, or sell any content; use any automated data collection methods.

7.3. Any violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

9.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RocketCrash Operations Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of the Platform; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any third-party rights; (e) any content you submit through the Platform; or (f) your fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

9.2. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

11.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

11.2. You acknowledge that we may share your information with regulators, law enforcement, and other authorities where required by law, without notice to you.

12.1. The referral program pays a one-time commission of 10% of the referred user's first deposit. Commission is credited automatically upon completion of the referred user's first qualifying deposit.

12.2. Referral commissions may only be generated through legitimate, organic referrals. Manufactured referrals, self-referrals, or referrals obtained through misleading advertising are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all earned commissions and account termination.

12.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Earned commissions at the time of termination will be honored subject to verification.

12.4. Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal restrictions as deposited funds, including identity verification requirements.

14.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14.2. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

14.3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
